Terms:
If event is moved or cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable and will apply to another date, or credited to other photo & video services.
If photographer is sick or cannot make the event for causes out of his control, photographer will find a suitable replacement that will be approved by client. If client does not approve replacement, photographer shall return all money deposited.
Photographs and video take approximately 3-4 weeks to deliver, unless specified differently by photographer.
The photographer retains copyright to all media produced, the client may use and reproduce photographs and video for personal non-commercial purposes.
